Most guys either shut down, stay stuck in anger, or rush into the next phase without doing the work.
This program is built to do something different:
Divorce hits like a shockwave. This phase is about slowing things down and getting you out of reactive mode.
You’ll learn how to regulate your emotions, process the loss without getting swallowed by it, and stop making decisions from anger, panic, or desperation.
We focus on:
You don’t get to check out just because your marriage ended. Your role as a father matters more now, not less.
This phase helps you step into fatherhood with clarity and authority, even inside a broken system.
We focus on:
Once you’re stable and showing up as a father, the question becomes: now what?
This phase is about direction. Not distraction. Not chasing validation. Actually building a life that holds up.
We focus on:
We run this program in small, focused groups.
Once a cohort fills, it’s closed.
Specializing in:
Eugene Lee, LMHC-D, LPCC, helps men heal, grow, and build stronger relationships. Eugene challenges men to step into the best version of themselves — becoming secure, sensitive partners and resilient leaders in their lives. With a background as a vocational pastor, he also supports men navigating religious trauma and offers Christian counseling for those seeking faith-integrated care.
We cap all of our online groups at 6 members plus one group facilitator, this helps the groups feel personal and ensure that everyone gets a chance to speak.
This group is sold as a 10-week package for $750, that breaks down to $75 a group, the same price as our ongoing Men’s Groups. In addition to the ten 90 min groups, you’ll get access to an online course that accompanies the meetings and you’ll be invited to join our Slack Channel where you can connect with your group facilitator and group members between sessions.
Currently our Divorced Dad Group meets weekly from 5:30-7:00 MST on Tuesdays online via Zoom. We try to schedule the groups when our members are not working. If that time doesn’t work for you or if you’d like to suggest another time slot please email us with your feedback.
No, right now, all of our groups are online. However, group members are all invited to attend our in-person events in Colorado. This is an opportunity to bond with your groupmates and build lasting memories and connections.
